You acknowledge and agree that VM may terminate your access to the VM Network should you fail to comply with the Terms of Service.  Any such termination shall be in VM's sole discretion and may occur without prior notice.  VM further reserves the right to terminate any user's access to the VM Network for any conduct that VM, in its sole discretion, believes may be harmful to other users, to VM, or to other third parties, or for any conduct that violates any local laws.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our services.  All intellectual rights are the property of Virtual Merchant Ltd.
Under no circumstances shall VM be liable for any delay or failure to supply services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, and electrical power failures.
VM Network Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.  In no event shall VM be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising from the use of, or inability to use the VM Network.
